Which languages does it support?

What machines does it work with?

From small batch to industrial line. Works with drum and hot-air systems.

How is it priced?

Do you provide installation and support?

Yes. Electrical design, commissioning and 24/7 remote support are all available.

Does it work offline?

Yes. RoasterSoft runs at full performance without an internet connection. Roasting, logging and profiles keep running locally without interruption — internet is only needed for the optional Cloud layer.

Is there remote access or a cloud feature?

RoasterSoft runs fully offline on the machine — no internet is needed to roast. RoasterSoft Cloud is launching soon. It's an optional layer for accessing roast history, profiles, stock and reports from anywhere. Contact us for early access.

Is the software a subscription or a one-time purchase?

The software on the machine is purchased with a one-time perpetual licence; it needs no subscription and runs for life without internet. RoasterSoft Cloud is optional and billed per machine as a subscription.

Who do I buy RoasterSoft Cloud from?

From the manufacturer you bought your machine from. Manufacturers offer the Cloud panel under their own brand. Retrofit customers get it directly from us.

Which PLC brands do you work with?

We work with industrial PLC platforms such as Siemens and ABB. Compatibility with your existing machine's controller is clarified in the discovery call.

Is my existing push-button machine suitable for RoasterSoft?

Most push-button machines can be retrofitted to digital control. We assess suitability in the discovery call based on your machine's brand, capacity and existing panel.

How long do installation and commissioning take?

It depends on the machine type and scope. We give you a clear schedule in the discovery call; installation, calibration and initial settings are done together.

What do warranty and support cover?

After installation we provide 24/7 remote diagnostics, updates and technical support. Warranty terms are stated in writing in the quotation.
